About Michaela

My passion for working with children began at a young age, as I started babysitting when I was just 12 years old. Over the past year, I've had the rewarding experience of working in a daycare where I cared for children from 4 months to 6 years old. Additionally, I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to gain skills to succeed. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is engaging in creative activities with the kiddos, especially crafting. I love to bring joy and learning into their lives through hands-on projects. I have developed extensive lesson plans encompassing various subjects, including letters, numbers, colors, and even science experiments!
