About Michaela

I am a graduate student looking to help families in need. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Education in both General and Special Education. Aside from my education I have 4+ years experience in the childcare field. Through my schooling I have learned the importance of fostering a relationship with the child and family. My approach to childcare is built on patience, understanding, creativity, and having a friendly yet, professional demeanor. I believe that open communication using a parent preferred method is essential to the success of a child. I am no stranger to enforcing household rules; thus providing a safe and structured environment for your child. I enjoy creating physical or educational games for children. Using different sensory modalities to truly invigorate their young minds.
