About Michaela

As a caregiver for the past 5 years , my journey into childcare was inspired by my previous babysitting experiences along with my Child Development Career & Technical Class within high school. I currently am an Early Childhood Education major and already have two teacher certifications. My calm and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, addressing any issues promptly. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me, ensuring a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development. With currently studying Education and much experience in early child development, as well as CPR training and certifications as a paraprofessional teacher, I am well-equipped to handle various childcare situations!
