Hello, everyone my name is Mica Speer, my husband and I just recently moved to NWA so he can attend seminary. Im excited for the opportunity to share a little bit about myself in hopes of helping you and your family! As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With three years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where your child can thrive. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I believe in fostering a positive self-image in children. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I keep parents regularly updated about their child's day. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
