About Micaiah

Three words to describe my personality are: friendly, dedicated, and responsible. I have always had a passion for finding out how things work (yes, I'm a nerd). One of my biggest joys in life is passing on my joy, and my passion, in a subject to someone else, through teaching it to them. I started tutoring in fall '22 during my first semester at CFCC as a highschool junior (I'm on track to graduate with my associate's in science after this spring semester). It was nothing official, just helping out classmates that were struggling. I work extremely well with kids. I have helped homeschool my little siblings for years now, volunteer with the children's program at my church, and often help teach kids classes at my Jiu-Jitsu gym. My top skills include math, science, and reading.
