About Micaiah

Hey! My name is Micaiah, and I am from Fairhope, Al. I have been babysitting since I was a freshman in high-school, and I absolutely love being with kids. I am the oldest of 3 younger siblings so I have a lot of experience with children of all ages, and it is truly a joy of mine. A huge priority of mine with each babysitting job is to get to know the children; making them happy, building strong relationships, and having an amazing time each day! I also prioritize creating strong and open relationships with the parents as they are putting their trust in me, and I will always prioritize their child with love, care, and support. I always have the motivation and desire to make sure I am the best I can be for both the child and parents, doing everything as well and diligently as possible. Being a nanny is not just a job to me, it's a wonderful experience where both the children and I grow and learn more about each other, while building strong and loving relationships.
