Micah is punctual, kind and playful. Communication was a breeze during our time away and she was very thoughtful in respecting our family’s rules/beliefs. The attention and presence she provided for the children is a unique quality in caregivers. Even with my mischievous youngest, she was able to set boundaries and navigate what he needed in a graceful manner. I would recommend Micah to anyone looking to hire a compassionate, educated young lady as help for their family.
