About Micah

I am the oldest of 6 children and spent most of my time growing up either babysitting or assisting in youth and children programs. I love to be involved with helping children with exercise, crafts, reading and chores. I also have a toddler of my own and I am getting really good at working with that young age! I have had many opportunities to work with the elderly. I love helping to clean, meal-prep, chat and assist in exercise! I absolutely love cooking and baking! I love making new, healthy meals and finishing them off with something sweet. I also have a mini golden doodle and love animals! I have experience training a puppy and love working with them to be house trained and good around kids. I have also worked as a college adjunct professor, personal trainer, teacher's assistant, waitress, and janitor so I consider myself very well rounded and capable of doing it all!
