Hi, I'm Micah! I used to run HR departments but I gave that up to be a better mom to my kids- and for the past year I've been happily doing just that! Now I'm looking for opportunities where I can be of service that also bring me joy and flexibility so I can remain present and focused on the well being of my kids. So I became a substitute teacher for Fairfax County. And I've always loved caring for animals of all sorts, from cats and dogs to hamsters and lizards and so on. I'm always happy to pet sit for friends and neighbors in need so I figured why not expand my base and make a little money while I do it, right?!
