About Micah

Hello! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative and patient I strive to make every child's day I work with better and they always do the same for me. I love to get kids outside when watching them whether that's on a walk, to the park, the zoo, just playing in the backyard. I have an endless list of fun activities indoor and outdoor. I am CPR and AED certified and swam competitively for 14 years I now work as a lifeguard at a pool and outdoors in the summer while teaching swim lessons and coaching so I'd be happy supervising pool fun. I'm looking for a job that has a joyful family, that are genuinely good people that I could grow trust and respect with. My skills include excellent communication with kids and adults, I have been told my patience is outstanding and I'm a quick decision maker. I grew up in Montessori and strive to teach the same ways I was taught.
