I have several years of experience in childcare, as I have been a mother's helper, a volunteer church nursery worker, a Sunday School teacher, a kitchen coordinator at a elementary school, the nursery coordinator at my church, a nanny several times since 2014, as well as having had several recurring babysitting jobs throughout the years. During 2020 I even had a chance to be a "distance learning chaperone" for a couple of elementary age girls, which was similar to my homeschooled upbringing. I am also working toward becoming a certified Doula. I love kids, and I am comfortable with most pets (not reptiles).

Micaela is an outstanding person that we have trusted multiple times to care for our little people. She has a gift for being able to interact and entertain various ages of children and keep their attention. We have never had any reason to be concerned about her self-control around children and she finds unique ways to maintain their attention that doesn't require electronic devices :) She is actually the first person we trusted to care for our children that was not a family member or immediate family. Having someone care for your child or family member is a significant blessing because it is hard to find trustworthy people these days. Don't pass up Micaela! We can't recommend her enough :)
