About Micaela

I've always been passionate about helping children learn and grow, which is why I became a childcare provider. I believe that every kid deserves a chance to thrive, and I'm committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can do just that. I have one year of experience as a childcare provider, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, between the ages of one and 11. I have some college education, am First Aid trained, and am always willing to learn new things to better care for the children in my care. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I know how to communicate effectively with parents about their child's day or any issues that may arise. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules, as I believe that children need structure to feel safe and secure. In my free time, I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning. I also like to read, cook, and spend time outdoors.
