References available for anyone interested. I have watched cats, dogs, bunnies, and birds. I would prefer the home to be in the anchorage area. I started housesitting my freshman year of high school and ended up housesitting every summer since then because word got around that I was available and well liked! This app has me adjust to an hourly rate, but I prefer daily or weekly rate for housesitting.

Mia was a godsend for me. She took care of my house and two blue heelers, and did a phenomenal job. When we needed help with the dogs due to an illness, she came to the house and took them for runs daily (this lasted weeks). She also left my house cleaner than I left it for her, then left me a card thanking me for having her house/dog sit. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to get on her schedule. I’d give her a ten star rating if I could.
