About Mia

I've spent two decades caring for children because I'm passionate about nurturing their growth and development. As a caregiver, I'm known for my calm and patient demeanor, and my creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. My COLLEGE DEGREE includes coursework in early child development, and I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I believe in regular communication and follow the parents' preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone calls. I love playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to six children, and I have experience working with all age groups, from infants to preteens.
