About Mia

I absolutely love animals and have dog and cat sat for several of my friends and their families. I really value training dogs and have years of experience teaching basic tricks such as sit and roll over. I'd describe my personality as creative, driven, and responsible I like working with animals because they are so important to maintaining a happy environment in the home. I'm looking for a job that ideally does not require me to drive since I do not currently drive. I started working with animals when I volunteered at my local cat shelter in high school. In my spare time, I like to do art such as painting, and sculpture. I also like to meditate, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I am a really creative person, I can make something useful out of nothing and I am an easygoing and resourceful person in work settings. My skills include mess cleanup (litter, feces etc) without getting grossed out! Dog walking, nail trimming, grooming and medicine administration.
