About Mia

Hi there! My name is Mia, located in Cleveland. I've been caretaking for 5 years. I have experience with ages 6 months to 18 years of age. I began by being a DSP (Direct Support Professional) to preteens on the spectrum. I taught self care, aided with schoolwork, prepared meals, and guided them with social/emotional needs. I then branched into Early Childhood Education, starting in Infant/Todds! Providing them with motor activities, physical exercise, hygiene needs, meal time, and age appropriate lesson plans. After experience in Early Childhood I joined a Say Yes program to run an after-school program, aiding is specials including music, art, science, chess. Also providing lesson plans for grades K-8. Now I've been an in home nanny for a family of 2 children and 1 large dog for nearly 2 years. I've provided meal time, potty training, school pickup, homework help, outings. Overall building a loving & comfortable environment children need to strive. Looking to find a new family!
