About Mia

I'd describe my personality as caring, loving, and friendly! I like working with kids because I want to be able to have a positive impact the care that they receive and have the opportunity to learn & grow with them as well. I'm looking for a job that provides me experience as well as allows me to build trusting, reliable relationships! I started working with kids when I was around 10, which may seem young, but I am quite independent. I was starting to babysit for an hourly wage at 13 & since then have worked with kids of all ages. I have been working with kids now for around 5 years. One thing you should know about me is I have 6 siblings & I am the youngest of 7! I am 19 years old & love to be active! I am very independent, which allows me to be able to adapt to environments & situations quite fast. My skills include I am able to act quick on my feet, time-efficient, and I am able to calm situations down & find the best way to ground the situation.
