Hello, my name is Mia. I've grown up babysitting for 3 small children until they outgrew my care giving needs. I often caretake for family friends and close relatives such as my 6-month-old niece. I was a full time nanny for a little girl from ages 2-4 so I have a lot of hands on experience and I'm a quick learner. I graduated college with a nutrition degree and cooking is one of my passions, so any kind of meal prep/snacks would be very easy to accomplish. I am also a 200hr certified yoga instructor, sound healer and CPR/first aid certified, I've taught kids yoga before and I think it's great to incorporate while caregiving.
