I am 23 and a recent Sarah Lawrence College graduate. I am currently studying to be a Teacher's Assistant and plan to get my Master's in Early Childhood Education starting in 2025. I have worked in childcare for about 6 years as a babysitter, nanny and tutor. Over those 6 years, I have worked with ages 6 months to 8 years old but I have no preference in age. I believe every child has a creative mind and a thirst knowledge that I strive to enrich with every interaction. I enjoy playing with children, doing activities such as science experiments, games, arts and crafts. All while helping young minds grow, every moment is a teaching moment and I try to incorporate skills learned in the classroom to practical skills in everyday life. In addition, it is important to me that the needs of the parents are met. Anything I can do to help out so they can have one less thing to worry about, I do. We all know that happy parents, happy kids!
