Hi! I am returning to offer tutoring services after a 1. 5-2 year long break. I usually work with younger kids on their homework and tasks. I help students prepare for their upcoming exams. I have several years of experience under my belt with students who have IEP plans. My strengths are understanding each student's needs and how to further their goals with a customized plan for each student. I also offer tutoring for college-level subjects in Psychology and Politics courses. I was a double major in Psychology and Politics. I did well in both. For any language help, I provide American Sign Language tutoring. Note: I am a second-year law student, and my time is limited. I have posted my availability. I tutor for a maximum of two hours per session. On weekdays, I can meet you at your house if you live around 20 minutes away. On weekends, I am more flexible with driving a farther distance. Since hiring Mia, my boys have demonstrated a stronger understanding of math science, and it has reflected in their grades. Mia is very thoughtful with her approach when teaching my sons, catering to their own unique learning styles. One of my boys has a learning disability, yet Mia somehow communicates lessons in a way that he fully grasps the concepts behind the instruction.
