Mia is a hit for our 5 & 7 year old. We had lost our previous beloved babysitter to a full time position in her field so our next sitter had large shoes to fill. She's won the kids (& us) over! Great with communication and planning ahead. Mia is also very down to earth. She keeps the kids engaged with brainstorming projects and using their imagination while role-playing. She always asks permission when transporting which is appreciated as well. We feel like a team in raising our kids in a fun but consistent environment.
