My experience extends beyond babysitting; I am also an after-school teacher in elementary schools, working with students from TK to 6th grade. This role has equipped me with the skills to provide not just a safe environment, but also educational support such as homework help and adherence to curriculum standards. Volunteering in hospitals, both back home and here at Scripps, has been an integral part of my life since 9th grade.
