About Mia

Born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Shanghai, China, I am now a sophomore at Harvard pursuing a major in psychology. For the last few years, I had the privilege of working at a care center that provided post-surgical rehabilitation for orphans aged 1 to 4 years. I helped with meal preparation and feeding, assisted with bath time, and kept the children entertained. Since coming to college, I have continued to babysit and have gained much more experience with other age ranges. I like working with kids because they are just so fun!! It's an honor to see the way they delight in the world, and they ask the best questions and notice the silliest things. In my spare time, I like to go on long bike rides, play board games, go to church, and host movie nights.
