About Mia

Hello. My name is Mia. I am an adventurous individual who loves being outdoors in nature. I'd describe myself as being dependable, adaptable and patient. I do really well under pressure and am really good at quick decision making. In my spare time, I like reading, going for walks by the lake with my dog, meditating or exercising and baking. Working with kids tap into my inner child and allows me to be creative, while I am also able to see their own creative side blossom. Every day is different and to be able to see them grow into the person that they are is amazing. I have worked with children for a few years now beginning with my own nephew at 5months and then my niece, who was born a micropreme at 26weeks. Since then I have worked with babies ages 5weeks to 12months and children ages 1year to 8years old. I'm looking for a job where the environment is welcoming and pleasant. I do not mind pets being in the home since I do have veterinary experience and I also have pets of my own.
