Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled a meeting with Esther to discuss a potential nanny position. Not only did she fail to show up without any notice or explanation, but she also blocked my number immediately before meeting me. This kind of behavior is extremely disappointing and unprofessional—especially when reliability and communication are critical for childcare. I would not recommend trusting someone who doesn’t respect your time or offer common courtesy.
