As a FTM, I I reached out to Meschelle for guidance on finding a nanny while My husband and I went back to work. She has been so amazing!  She not only helped me figure out what I needed in terms of support but also talked me through and provided necessary advice as first time mom. She has helped me feel better mentally and emotionally  and I'm so grateful to have found her and be working with her. I highly recommend, especially for parents who are looking for support and guidance as first time parents.

We have hired Meshecelle a few times now for date night and our kids love her ! She is very engaging with the kids not defaulting to TV time to keep them occupied. She has a pleasant personality , always on time and always cleans up a bit before we return. We will continue using her and she is now our go to child care provider.

Meschelle aided us in picking up my 13 year old brother after-school. He absolutely adored working with her and he is a very shy kid who does not typically open up around new people. I was happy at how quickly he gained comfortably around Meschelle. She is very prompt, communication is amazing and she is extremely reliable. Very easy to work with and would definitely rehire!

Meschelle was the first caretaker to our son. She started with us when he was about 6 months old up until he was about 2 years old. He absolutely adored her - every time she showed up to our house, his face would light up because he knew his day would be filled with fun and love. Meschelle was great about taking him out for play dates, to the library or the YMCA. He was always busy, learning new things and making new friends. It seems like almost everyone in our neighborhood loves to stop and chat with our son (and know his name!) - and that is almost totally a result of Meschelle.

When she was with our son, we had complete confidence that he would be safe and doing something exciting and educational to fill his day. Meschell was a fantastic first nanny for us.

Meschelle worked for me part time Oct-Dec 2017, taking care of my now 4.5 month old son. I absolutely loved having Meschelle in our home and caring for C. Her patience and calming presence is exactly what any new mom needs - providing just the right amount of guidance to help me navigate all that comes with caring for an infant! 

My son is bottle-resistant, and Meschelle spent time every day she was here working with C. to take the bottle. We made significant progress with her help. What I also loved about Meschelle was her willingness to help out around the house when C. was napping, giving me a break from some of the daily chores at home. 

It was clear from the moment Meschelle met C. that she would provide amazing care for him, and that she genuinely loves babies. I would absolutely recommend hiring her as either a baby nurse or daytime nanny and would be happy to provide a reference to those interested.

Meschelle is a former military IT wiz who works with computer software but loves children and seems to balance her life by taking care of little ones when she isn't doing the tech thing. We interviewed her when we thought we weren't going to get into a daycare and definitely would have hired her to care for our toddler had that been the case. Instead we are now going to hire her for date nights, sick days, and occasional "mommy just needs help" days. She's super intelligent and a joy to talk to!

Meschelle has been a blessing to me and my son.  It was difficult to find someone reliable to take care of my son the hours I need childcare.  Meschelle has been really flexible and has taken a huge weight off my shoulders being willing to work odd hours.  She takes great care of my son and is always on time, dependable, and polite. 

She was amazing the moment she came through the door she took my little man changed him made him comfortable fed him and off to bed he went it was my first time going out since having my baby and she responded to all my texts sent me pictures I felt very comfortable leaving my new baby with her and would recommend her for sure. She has definitely become my household nanny :)
