About Merritt

Hello! For the past four years, I have worked as a babysitter part-time and spent my summer's camp counseling. My work experience has made me passionate about children's growth and development! I am a sophomore in college and am currently attending American university. My open lines of communication with parents ensure that I understand their expectations and can address any concerns promptly. I have no qualms about consistently enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and predictable environment for the children in my care. My educational background, along with my First Aid and CPR training, ensures that I can provide the highest standard of care.
