I highly recommend Merle for any family looking for overnight assistance with their newborn or even older infant. Merle helped our family for 5+ months and we could not be happier with the assistance and expertise that she provided. She has a wealth of knowledge with infants and was often able to help me, as the parent, problem-solve and improve my babies sleep. She is extremely comfortable and intuitive with infants; she always knew when to bring my baby to me for feeding (never allowing my baby to become distraught) while simultaneously knowing how to calm and soothe my baby as needed throughout the night. She has a gentle approach that brought me great comfort as I tried to catch up on rest through otherwise sleepless nights. Merle is a great communicator, very professional, consistent, and reliable. Furthermore, she is warm and caring. She brought great comfort to our family in the newborn days and beyond - there is nothing more important to a mother than being able to trust your baby with another individual, and Merle was able to seamlessly provide that secure care and comfort. Our family is incredibly grateful for her expertise and can highly recommend her to any family looking for infant care.
