About Merle

Hello. I am educated in the Health Sciences, and have worked with infants and children in both hospital and home environments. These opportunities have taught me what is most important when caring for children of all ages. I transitioned out of hospital work into infant and child care at home in 2015. I was performing both my health care and child care careers when I understood that working with children was a stronger passion. I began to work exclusively with children soon after. My families have consisted of infants as young as 12 weeks old, toddlers, dogs, parents. I have maintained my ongoing connections to Respiratory Therapy by continuing to participate in online educational opportunities. I have also maintained membership in the professional associations as I believe education is an ongoing process.
