About Merian

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate & patient. I like caring for seniors because ever since my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I started going to the nursing home it really opened up my eyes to seeing how much seniors really need someone to be there for them not only physically but emotionally. I'm looking for a job that give experience & will show me new ways so I can use them for when I visit my mom in the nursing home. I started caring for seniors when my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's & I visited her at the nursing home. I got to see first hand how seniors were living in a nursing home and I saw how much care they really need. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter, go to the movies, binge watch shows or go to the movies. One thing you should know about me is that I am a little scared of dogs at first but once I get to know them & see that they're friendly I should be ok. My skills include patience, communication and empathy.
