About Merette

I am a reliable and loving caregiver and mother with over 25 years of childcare experience. After graduating college I worked several years as a preschool teacher. From there, I was offered a nanny position and have been nannying ever since. I currently work for a family in South Tampa that I have been with for over 10 years and are like family to me. Due to us moving to Lutz I am looking for something a little closer. I am married with a 4-year-old son. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of having someone you trust taking care of your children. I treat the children in my care how I would want my son to be cared for. I am trustworthy, patient, nurturing, flexible and easy to get along with. I love animals, cooking, gardening and spending time with my family. One of the most important things to me is that parents know their child is in good hands.
