About Meredith

As an experienced and dedicated childcare provider with eight years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of all ages. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. I also worked as a Group Leader for YMCA After School Programs, Summer Camp, and Reading Loss Prevention Camp supporting grades K-5. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in fostering a collaborative partnership with parents, ensuring that their preferred communication methods are respected and any concerns are addressed promptly. In terms of activities, I enjoy engaging children in board games, puzzles, arts & crafts, reading, and outdoor activities!
