About Meredith

As a third-year student in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program at George Washington, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise and hands-on experience to a caregiving role. My rigorous coursework and clinical rotations equipped me with skills to assist individuals with activities of daily living. I have personal experience providing care for my father who has Multiple Sclerosis. This role has given me an understanding of the physical, emotional, and logistical challenges associated with chronic illnesses. I am skilled in mobility and providing compassionate emotional support, always prioritizing a safe and nurturing environment. Professionally I have worked in roles such as a manager at an Ice cream shop and volunteered at Children's National Hospital. These experiences have furthered my ability to connect with individuals of all backgrounds, fostering trusting and supportive relationships.
