About Meredith

My greatest claim to childcare experience is being a big sister. I was 12 and 15 when my sisters were born, so changing diapers, cleaning up puke, sprinting after little ones, and arguing with toddlers are all second nature to me. My sisters are older now, so out-sassing preteens and keeping an eye on those YouTube Reels are some of my more recently acquired skills. I am also a certified teacher and have nannying experience. I have worked with English learners, special needs children, and students who are behaviorally challenged. Needless to say, I am hard to scare off! My undergraduate degree is in Government/Political Science from UT Austin, and my graduate degree is a Master of Education from Lamar University. I am comfortable providing homework help in most areas and enjoy helping children learn. I would describe myself as attentive, enthusiastic, and earnest in most situations.
