Mercy was great with my dad. She helped him remain as independent as possible while encouraging him and prompting him as needed. She was always on time, dependable, flexible and easy to work with. While in the home she even helped with ironing, general cleaning and organizing to help make the home run smoother! She has an excellent worth ethic and we truly feel that she is part of our family! We moved my dad into a memory care facility where Mercy has gone to visit him and otherwise we would still have Mercy working for us!
