Merce was a lifesaver when our first baby was born. She started working with us when he was 1 month old, and she's been with us now for 5 months now. She started helping us with household needs and quickly grew to help with child care, and somehow managed to do both at the same time. She is incredibly efficient and proactive and really wants to help. She's very open to learning new things (one week she meal prepped us a week's worth of food) and open to feedback and to sharing her perspective when asked. She's reliable, flexible, and communicative. She's fun, enjoys what she does and has a good sense of humor. And our son adores her. We're so grateful to have found her, and hope to have a long-term relationship with her for years. Thank you Merce!
