I am a single parent father with a 12 hour day job. Mercedes was like a mother to me and my newborn son. She taught me how to read my sons body language and even more taught me how to be a responsible parent. I cant say enough positive things about Mercedes. If i did not have to move she would still be working with me and my son. I still keep in touch with her for free advice.
