I'm a little in disbelief right now. I really don't ever leave bad reviews. But Mercedes is the second sitter to flake out on us tonight. Was supposed to be here at a certain time, had my phone number, address, said she would be here and just never showed up and never text or contacted to cancel. Very inconsiderate of our time.
