About Mercedes

I like working with kids because it's an amazing experience to watch them grow & learn. It's a great feeling & experience to be able to build a bond with them & be a role model that they won't forget. I'm looking for a job that doesn't feel like a job. Something I can still continue to watch my own son grow everyday. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old. I've grown up helping raise not only my sister but my little brothers. Family friends children and grandchildren. One thing you should know about me is I understand. I understand when you have to work over, so I am flexible when it comes to hours. I understand parents want their kids taken care of a certain way. Whether that be what they are given to eat, how much screen time or anything else. Those wishes will be fulfilled to the best of my ability.
