I met Mercedes through Care.com in July of 2023. She worked with my family caring for my father with dementia. She also became very close with my mom and sister while helping to care for my father. Mercedes is a very unique person in that she is so thoughtful and always goes above and beyond with helping out with anything that needs attention. She is a bright shining light in our families home and always has a positive presence. I would highly recommend her for helping out in any family.
