About Mercedes

My name is Mercedes. I've been a certified nurses aide since 2017 (8 years). I've mostly worked in a skilled nursing facility for more than half the time I've worked as a CNA. I currently work as a hospice aide. I love to make people feel seen & heard. I like to make anyone I take care of feel comfortable. I love to make a difference in someone's life. Not just the patient but also the family members who step up for their loved ones. I'd describe my personality as responsible, courage & trustworthiness I like caring for seniors because it allows me to provide companionship. I also like to learn about the seniors life stories & their experiences on life. I'm looking for a job that is respectful, mindful & great at communicating. I started caring for seniors in 2017. In my spare time, I like to read books, watch movies or make diamond art with my daughter. One thing you should know about me is I am a active listener. My skills include communication, problem solving & teamwork.
