About Mercedes

As a caregiver, my passion lies in positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. With three years of experience, I can comfortably care for up to three children, ranging from ages one to 11. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I believe in open communication with parents and provide written daily reports or follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. Regarding household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. In addition to childcare, I can assist with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, and crafts. I hold current First Aid and CPR training certifications, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children under my care.
