We used Mercedes as a backup nanny, and she was great. She was on time, professional, kept our 1 year old and 3 year old on their eating and napping schedules, played with them, went on walks, and gave me a thorough update when I got home. She was calm and gentle with the kids, and my shy 3 year old loved her. I would definitely recommend her, and would hire her again.
