I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring, fun. I like caring for people with special needs because it brings out a sense of accomplishment that I am able to help them learn new skills as well as bring a light to their life. I started caring for people with special needs when I was younger part time and again a few years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my fiancé and kids. One thing you should know about me is that I have been a residential manager for the last two years working two houses under another company. Between the two houses I managed I was working with 8 different individuals. My skills include teaching individuals new skills, a sense of compassion and understanding, as well as passion.
