Meng took care of our 10-month-old for 5 weeks, working 4 days a week (160 hours in total). My wife and I both work from home, so we were able to observe her interactions with our son. Meng was kind, attentive, reliable, and competent. She was punctual and informed us in advance of the very rare instances when unforeseen circumstances caused her to be a few minutes late. Meng adapted well to our parenting style, engaged our little one to keep him stimulated, and was discreet while we worked from home. She also had brief interactions with our 5-year-old son and quickly built a natural rapport with him, indicating she would be great with children in that age range as well. We happily recommend Meng and would not hesitate to hire her again.
