Memory is part of our family! She has taken care of our kids for the last 5 years and is absolutely adored by both of our kids, my husband and I. LOVING, engaging, always calm (even during feisty toddler tantrums) and always teaching kids good behaviors and effective communication skills. Protects our children both in the home and outside like they are her own Takes care of multiple children of varying ages and creates a fun but structured day for each of their varying needs. Cooks, cleans, organizes stuff for the kids Finds fun activities for the kids to do during the day - arts crafts, outings, learning tools, etc. Has coached us through many kid milestones: infant sleep training, solid foods, potty training, speech therapy, etc. and was always patient and encouraging She is extremely Covid conscious. She can drive and feels comfortable taking the kids places in the city. She is never late for work, has rarely been sick and always openly communicates with my husband and I.
