Hi, my name is Melody and I am interested in being a caregiver for your loved one. I have been working as a private caregiver for four years and worked for an agency prior to that. I started as a caregiver for my terminally ill mother, and maternal grandmother recovering from heart surgery. I love being a caregiver because it gives me a daily opportunity to help someone maintain their independence while sprinkling some joy into their day. I've worked with a large range of clients- terminally ill, dementia, elderly and disabled. I'm super positive, I love to converse and laugh, but also quiet as need be. I am reliable, kind, patient, gently persuasive, a great conversationalist, someone who takes initiative and is compassionate. I am vaccinated, a non-smoker, a certified yoga teacher, I have a clean background and reliable transportation. I attended culinary school and am a great cook and home maker. I love animals. I have excellent references and would be happy to share them with you.

Melody has cared for our mother with dementia and has done so with extreme compassion and understanding. She was always forthcoming with the family and helped to guide us through the care process as well. She is dependable and has a unique way of connecting with her clients that lends to a strong level of trust between them. Melody has worked with clients dealing with various medical issues, not just dementia and. I would recommend her to care for anyone's family member.
