I started working with children in 2004 as a kids camp counselor and nanny at hotels in Wailea. My undergraduate degree is in psychology and I also have a MBA. Pre-COVID, I dedicated my career to nonprofit work helping children and families in Hawaii. I'd describe my personality as fun, nurturing, and responsible. I love working with kids because they are full of wonder and joy! I'm looking for a job where I can give parents a break to relax and enjoy Maui. I have a 3-year-old son so I know how important some alone time can be! Melody was so wonderful with our girls (ages 3.5 and 10mos). She came armed with age-appropriate toys, books, and a plan for activities around our resort. She instantly won over our social/separation anxious kiddo and we felt 100.% at ease leaving her in charge. Would take her home with us if we could! The
