About Melody

I spent all of my spare time growing up babysitting, working in the church nursery, and nanny as I got older. I have worked in daycares and have been an assistant in several preschool programs. I am a mom of 4. My kids are neurodivergent children including anxiety, ADHD & Autism. I have vast experience with all types of behaviors and am not easily stressed out. I am experienced in de-escalation techniques. I am not scared of big emotions and behaviors. I am patient and kind. While I enjoy taking care of children of all ages, my expertise is with babies & toddlers. I love to engage with them in song & play. I try to get them outside often and I love to take them on exploring walks and talk about all the things we hear and see. I follow your comfort level regarding screen time. I try to make every day interactions educational by talking to your little one as we do things throughout the day. My goal is for you and your little one to feel safe & comfortable with my care.
