I am a stay at home mother of a 2-year-old and an infant, residing in Albert Lea. Before deciding to stay at home to raise my children, I earned a degree in vocal music education, and taught elementary and middle school music and choir professionally for one semester, right out of college. My husband, who is a farmer, and I are both from Southern Minnesota. Right now, it is my dream to be at home raising my children, but I would love to add part-time childcare into our routine, if I can find the right match with a family. In addition to my teaching experience, I was a full-time nanny for two school-aged girls, for five summers.

Melissa worked for me for 5 years during the summer months. She was a Nanny to my two girls and they loved her. You will find Melissa very professional, extremely dependable, honest, and a great employee. Melissa was not only a great nanny, but she was an educator/tutor for the girls, and she needed no oversight with her duties. In addition to being entrusted with my children, Melissa was given various responsibilities that involved managing a very busy household, providing logistical support for the family, as well as representing the family to various physicians, educators, and clergy. I mention this last duty because it emphasizes her ability to represent in a mature fashion when my wife or I were not able to be present for such meetings. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and anyone who does, will not regret it. We wish her only the best and look forward to her future successes. -James
